POLICIES

STAFF FOCUS

All staff across the Fountains Federation have a 'Duty of Care' to safeguard children, and to promote their welfare at all times. We are committed to have arrangements in place to ensure effective training of all staff and have a termly focus for training, distributed information and focus discussions. Further levels of training will be determined by the responsibilities set out in job descriptions/role functions.

MYCONCERN

MyConcern provides a safe and secure management system to record and review all safeguarding concerns. The system enables all staff to record any safeguarding concern, safe in the knowledge that a proper record has been made and that the safeguarding lead has been automatically notified. It also equips the designated safeguarding lead to assess each concern and manage any ongoing action that needs to be taken.
