Rotary KidsOut at Drayton Manor's Magical Christmas

Yesterday, Fountains Primary School enjoyed the day visiting Drayon Manor Theme Park. The event was organised by The Rotary Club as part of its Kids Out initiative, welcoming children and schools from across the Midlands.

The day included access to over 21 rides and attractions, including the zoo, a Polar Express screening in the 4D cinema, Thomas Land full of spectacular decorations, festive music and ‘snow’!

Each child also received a picnic lunch and were greeted by playful elves and Father Christmas, who presented everyone personally with a free gift and golden ticket to return for the new season in 2017.

On behalf of Fountains Primary School, we would like to thank Rotary KidsOut and Drayton Manor for this memorable day.

"Days out give children the opportunity to experience and discover new things and the effects of something as simple as having fun can last forever. Organising a day out is often a major challenge for parents and carers who look after disabled children and those with profound learning difficulties. The Rotary KidsOut Day makes these special moments possible.”
