Jellyfish January 2020 Blog Update

Updated: Jan 13

HAPPY NEW YEAR. Welcome back we hope you have all had a lovely break.

We had an exciting time last term with a trip to Drayton Manor, a Christmas party provided by the Holiday Inn, Peter Pan Pantomime, Christmas jumper day, a lovely Christmas dinner and I am sure you will all agree our amazing part in the Christmas performance. We had lots of activities connected to our topic of celebrations and made cards ornaments and sweets, we hoped you liked them.

This term our topic is ‘Dinosaurs’ we are really looking forward to getting our teeth into this! Maths will be linked to the topic and we have several lovely books to read which we will use for the sensory stories to allow access to all our pupils to explore the world of dinosaurs. We have science activities with dinosaur eggs and also in cookery our recipes are science based and connected to our topic. We are hoping to explore our outside environment and maybe find a dinosaur when we go on a dinosaur hunt following huge footprints that we have made in art. It is going to be a busy half term.
