Forest School: Team Work
This week in Forest School we have been focusing on team work. We have begun to make a wild flower bed using a recycled sand pit. All pupils worked really hard to transport the compost into the bed using trowels. We are going to sow the seeds after half term when hopefully the weather will be a bit warmer.
One group have made another mini beast habitat in a tyre too. Great team work rolling the tyre into position.
The weather has been really kind to us, lots of warm spring sunshine in the afternoon, so it has been lovely to be outside. Our friendly robin came down to have a look at what we have been doing too.
Some very exciting news; our Forest School shed has arrived and is being built. It will be so good to store all of our essential wet weather gear and wellies in so that we don’t walk mud into the classrooms anymore. Hooray!
