Fish Summer 2019 Blog Update
Updated: Jan 13
Last half term Fish class enjoyed the performance from a music theatre team who performed ‘A Friendly Giant’, we thoroughly enjoyed taking part. A big thank you to Out woods Primary School who came and displayed their maypoles. In return, we enjoyed taking part in a maypole dance and singing some of our favourite songs.
On Monday 24th May, the whole school took part in a ‘World Cultural Day’, all of the children visited different countries in the classrooms. Fish class hosted India. The children enjoyed food tasting, henna, dancing and dressing up.
This half term we have lots of exciting things planned with Father’s day lunch, Drayton Manor, sponsored walk, sports day, Fountains school fete, transition morning and a special seaside treat day. We will continue working on the topic of ‘animals’ creating lots of art work which will be displayed in the classroom.
Fish class team would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support and an amazing year working and teaching your children. It’s been a pleasure to be part of their journey at Fountain’s Primary School and we wish them well for the next academic year .
